Our Policies
We are proud of our policies which protect our customers and honor their choices.
Shipping We ship any order within three business days by the method chosen by the customer, unless we inform the customer of delays due to lack of availability, business vacations, or need for more customer information. Customers have the right to cancel an order and receive a refund based on dissatisfaction with these delays.
Privacy Shipping and credit card information provided by a customer to us is used only for its intended purpose which involves purchasing our products. It will not be shared with any other entity whether commercial, nonprofit or private and it is kept in a secure location involving passwords, firewalls and bonded personnel. It is removed from our records after customer satisfaction is clear and customer documentation is no longer useful regarding the sale that was made.
Returns and Refunds If the customer is dissatisfied for any reason with any of our products we offer a complete refund on all materials returned to us in resalable condition within 30 days. Any shipping damage, as determined by Mark Wahl Learning Services, will result in a corresponding reduction in the refund.
